CPG HomeHub Terms of Service for CENTUM and C21 Agents
By using CPG HomeHub, CENTUM and C21 agents agree to the following terms:
1. Referral Process:
When sending a referral to the other brand, the referring agent agrees that they have made the client aware that the receiving agent will contact them to discuss the use of their services. The client will acknowledge a disclosure prior to their agent being passed on to the receiving agent.
2. Receiving Agent Responsibilities:
The agent receiving the referral is responsible for contacting the client as soon as humanly possible. If they have not made contact within 24 hours the referral will be reassigned to another agent.
They agree to update the status of the referral in the app.
Upon closing the transaction, a 35% referral fee is payable to CPG HomeHub.
3. Referral Acceptance:
If the receiving agent is unable to accept the referral, they must immediately decline it so it can be reassigned.
4. Referral Rewards:
The referring agent will be compensated through the rewards program of the brokerage with which they are licensed.
By adhering to these terms, we ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for both our agents and clients.
